Lewes District and Eastbourne Borough Council
The complainant has requested information relating to a planning application. Lewes District and Eastbourne Borough Council disclosed some information and withheld other information under the exception for the course of justice – regulation 12(5)(b). The Commissioner’s decision is that Lewes District and Eastbourne Borough Council failed to disclose information within the statutory time limit and breached regulation 5(2) but that it correctly withheld legal advice under regulation 12(5)(b).
