Harrow Council
The complainant has requested information about the calculation of Harrow Council’s legal costs arising out of a matter before the Magistrates Court. Harrow Council relies on section 14, asserting that the request is vexatious, not to comply with the complainant’s requests for information. The Commissioner’s decision is that Harrow Council correctly relied on section 14 not to provide the complainant with the information she had requested. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps to ensure compliance with the legislation.
