The complainant has requested communications between the ICO and NHS Improvement about a FOI complaint the ICO considered under reference FS50800552. The ICO released some information and withheld some under section 40(2) of the FOIA (personal data) and section 44(1)(prohibitions on disclosure). The Commissioner’s decision is as follows: The ICO is entitled to withhold some information the complainant has requested under section 40(2) and section 44(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the ICO to take any remedial steps.
