Serious Fraud Office
The complainant requested information relating to a Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA). The Serious Fraud Office (SFO) refused to provide the requested information, citing sections 30 (investigations and proceedings) and 41 (information provided in confidence) of the FOIA.
