The Hill Primary School
The complainant has requested a number of policies she believes should be in place. The Hill Primary School initially denied holding some of the information but subsequently decided to refuse the requests as vexatious. The Commissioner’s decision is that the requests were vexatious and thus the School was not obliged to respond to them. However, she also finds that the School failed to advise the complainant, within 20 working days, that the requests were vexatious and thus breached section 17 of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require further steps to be taken.
