Welsh Government
The complainant has requested statistical about the geographic locations from which responses to a consultation were made. The Welsh Government refused the request because it estimated that the cost of complying would exceed the appropriate limit. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Welsh Government is entitled to rely on section 12 of the FOIA to refuse the request. The Commissioner does not require any further steps to be taken.
