Gloucestershire County Council
The complainant has requested certain information held by Gloucestershire County Council (the council) relating to the management of parking services in the Gloucestershire area. Whilst the council provided the complainant with some information in response, it applied section 14(2) and section 43(2) of the FOIA to part of the request. The Commissioner’s decision is that the council was not correct to have applied section 14(2) to any part of the complainant’s request. However, she is satisfied that section 43(2) is engaged, and that the council is not obliged to provide any further information in response to the request. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
