The Governing Body of the Open University
The complainant requested information about emails and tutor forums on recorded tutorials and reasonable adjustments. The Open University (the University) provided some information and refused the remainder of the request under section 36(2)(b)(ii), – prejudice to the conduct of public affairs. The Commissioner is satisfied that section 36(2)(b)(ii) is engaged. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any action.
