Mistley Parish Council
The complainant has requested various information from Mistley Parish Council (the Council) concerning the installation of a public toilet, the resurfacing of a particular road and the erection of stiles. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has incorrectly relied upon section 14(1) of the FOIA in relation to the complainant’s request. The Commissioner requires the Council to issue a fresh response to the request which does not rely on section 14(1), in accordance with the FOIA.
