Dicconson Group Practice
The complainant has requested information relating to how Dicconson Group Practice (DGP) handle complaints about racism. The complainant is concerned that DGP has not complied with section 1(1), section 10(1) and section 17(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that DGP has complied with its obligations under section 1(1), section 10(1) and section 17(1) of the FOIA.
