Babergh District Council
The complainant has requested information about the analysis and subsequent conclusions relating to land supply for development. Babergh District Council refused to comply with the requests as it considered them manifestly unreasonable on vexatious grounds under regulation 12(4)(b) of the Environmental Information Regulations. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has correctly applied regulation 12(4)(b). The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
