The complainant has requested information about deeds of delegation. The Office of North Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner provided links to information to the complainant. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Office of North Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner should have applied section 21(information accessible by other means) of FOIA to the requested information. She considers therefore that it has breached section 21 of FOIA by not doing it. She also considers that it has breached sections 10 (time for compliance) and 17 (refusing a request) of FOIA. The Information Commissioner does not require the Office of North Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
