2 May 2017, Local government (District council)
The complainant has requested information relating to work carried out by a contractor on a crematorium owned by the council. The council said that it had provided all of the relevant information to the complainant. The complainant disagrees and considers that further information should be held by the council. The Commissioner’s decision is that on a balance of probabilities no further information is held by the council falling within the scope of his requests. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.
