2 August 2016, Local government (Parish council)
The complainant has made a multi-part request to Neen Savage Parish Council for recorded information relating to different areas of the Council’s responsibilities. The Commissioner’s decision is that Neen Savage Parish Council does not hold recorded information which is relevant to item 6 of the complainant’s request. She has decided that the Council is entitled to withhold information relating to item 13 of the complainant’s request in reliance on section 40(2) of the FOIA. In respect of items 14 and 15 of the complainant’s request, the Commissioner has decided that the Council has breached section 1 of the FOIA.
