15 February 2016, Local government (Borough council)
The complainant has requested information in relation to a planning application. Hastings Borough Council (the council) provided its response but the complainant was not satisfied that the council had provided all the information it held. He also considered that it had deliberately withheld, concealed or provided inaccurate information. The Commissioner’s decision is that the council has provided the information it holds within the scope of the request. He has also considered the complainant’s concerns about information he considers has been deliberately withheld, concealed or inaccurate in the ‘other matters’ section at the end of this decision notice. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.
