Summary: The complainant requested information relating to the proscription of the Baluchistan Liberation Army. The Home Office refused the request citing sections 23 (information supplied by, or relating to, bodies dealing with security matter), 27 (international relations), 35 (formulation of government policy) and 42 (legal professional privilege).
