Summary: The complainant requested information relating to a boundary fence that was to be erected around Crawfordsburn Country Park. Information relating to three elements of the request was provided to the complainant following the initial information request. However the second and third elements were considered to be exempt under regulation 12(5)(b) of the EIR. Initial information was provided in relation to the fourth element of the complainant-™s request. The public authority advised that it did not hold any other information relating to this element of the request. The Commissioner is satisfied that the exception is engaged in relation to parts 2 and 3 of the information request, and has decided that in all of the circumstances of this case, the public interest in maintaining the exception outweighs the public interest in disclosure. The Commissioner does not require any further steps to be taken.
