Direction under section 110 Land Registration Act 2002 made; Tribunal proceedings and county court proceedings heard together under the pilot scheme, the judge sitting as both a county court judge and a tribunal judge. The Determined Boundary application in the tribunal failed, and a declaration of the position of the boundary was made by the county court.
