Decision: The appeal is struck out pursuant to Rule 8(3)(a) of the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (General Regulatory Chamber) Rules 2009 ('the Rules'), as having no reasonable prospect of success.
REASONS
- The Tribunal received an incomplete Notice of Appeal dated 19 November 2024 from the Appellant. He failed to provide a written copy of the decision he wished to appeal ('the Decision'), contrary to Rule 22(3) of the Rules.
- The Appellant, on 9 December 2024 was invited to provide a copy of the Decision within 28 days. He failed to do so.
- The Tribunal issued Case Management Directions dated 7 March 2025 directing the Appellant to provide a copy of the Decision by 21 March 2025, failing which his appeal may be struck out pursuant to Rule 8(3)(a) of the Rules as having no reasonable prospect of success. The Appellant failed to comply.
- I have considered the matter and had regard to the overriding objective that requires the Tribunal to deal with appeals fairly and justly.
- This appeal is struck out pursuant to Rule 8(3)(a) of the Rules, as having no reasonable prospect of success.
Signed
Judge McMahon
