1.-(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering) (No.2) 2019.
(2) It comes into force on 29th March 2019.
(3) A certified copy is to be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.
2.-(1) The Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering) 2019(3) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.
(2) Before paragraph 3(1) (revocation) insert-
"(A1) Chapter 101 of the Rules of the Court of Session 1994 (terrorist asset-freezing)(4) is revoked.".

This Act of Sederunt amends Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering) 2019 to insert provision to revoke Chapter 101 of the Rules of the Court of Session 1994 which should have been included in that Act of Sederunt.
2008 c.28. Sections 66 and 67 of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 are applied by section 28(4) of the Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Act 2010 (c.38).
The Rules of the Court of Session 1994 are in schedule 2 of the Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994) 1994 (S.I. 1994/1443, last amended by S.S.I. 2019/85). Chapter 101 was inserted by S.S.I. 2010/459 and amended by S.S.I. 2011/385.
