The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(5) and (6), 5(1) and 10(2) of the Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978(1) and sections 101(4) and (5) and 102(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(2) (the "1984 Act"), and all other powers enabling them to do so.
The Scottish Ministers have consulted with such representative organisations as they think fit in accordance with section 134(2) of the 1984 Act.
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Removal, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Sums and Charges etc.) (Scotland) Revocation Regulations 2011 and come into force on 21st December 2011.
2. The Removal, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Sums and Charges etc.) (Scotland) Regulations 2011(3) are revoked.

These Regulations revoke the Removal, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Sums and Charges etc.) (Scotland) Regulations 2011, which would but for the revocation have come into force on 22nd December 2011.
1978 c.3. Sections 4 and 5 were modified by paragraph 6 of schedule 5 to the National Parks (Scotland) Act 2000 (asp 10). The term "prescribed" is defined in section 11(1) of the Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978. The functions of the Secretary of State were transferred to the Scottish Ministers by virtue of section 53 of the Scotland Act 1998 (c.46).
1984 c.27. The term "prescribed" is defined in section 142 of the 1984 Act. The functions of the Secretary of State were transferred to the Scottish Ministers by virtue of section 53 of the Scotland Act 1998.
