The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 201(2) and 206(1) of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement No. 9, Transitional and Savings Provisions) Amendment Order 2011 and comes into force on 31st October 2011.
2.-(1) The Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement No. 9, Transitional and Savings Provisions) Order 2011(2) is amended as follows.
(2) Article 4 (transitional provision -“ section 184) is revoked.
(3) The entry in the Schedule relating to section 184 of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 is revoked.

This Order amends the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement No. 9, Transitional and Savings Provisions) Order 2011 by revoking the further commencement of section 184 of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 and the transitional provision connected with this. Section 184 of that Act inserts section 40A into the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and makes provision for holders of premises licences to notify Licensing Boards of connected persons and interested parties.
