The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 37(1) of the Prisons (Scotland) Act 1989[
1] and all other powers enabling them to do so.
Citation and commencement
1.
This Order may be cited as the Discontinuance of Low Moss Prison (Scotland) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 2nd July 2007.
Discontinuance of Low Moss Prison
2.
Low Moss prison is hereby discontinued.
