The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 2A of the Inshore Fishing (Scotland) Act 1984[
1], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.
This Order may be cited as the Inshore Fishing (Prohibited Methods of Fishing) (Firth of Lorn) Revocation Order 2007 and shall come into force on 15th March 2007.
Revocation
2.
The Inshore Fishing (Prohibited Methods of Fishing) (Firth of Lorn) Order 2007[
2] is revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order revokes the Inshore Fishing (Prohibited Methods of Fishing) (Firth of Lorn) Order 2007, which contained an error in the coming into force date.
