The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(1) of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991[
1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, with the consent of the concessionaire in terms of section 34(5) of that Act, hereby make the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.
This Order may be cited as the Invergarry-Kyle of Lochalsh Trunk Road (A87) Extension (Skye Bridge Crossing) Toll Order (Revocation) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 2nd May 2005.
Revocations
2.
The following orders are hereby revoked-
(i) The Invergarry-Kyle of Lochalsh Trunk Road (A87) Extension (Skye Bridge Crossing) Toll Order 1992[2]; and
(ii) The Invergarry-Kyle of Lochalsh Trunk Road (A87) Extension (Skye Bridge Crossing) Toll Order (Variation) Order 1999[3].

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order revokes the Invergarry-Kyle of Lochalsh Trunk Road (A87) Extension (Skye Bridge Crossing) Toll Order 1992 (S.I. 1992/1501) and the Invergarry-Kyle of Lochalsh Trunk Road (A87) Extension (Skye Bridge Crossing) Toll Order (Variation) Order 1999 (S.S.I. 1999/196).
