The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 37(2) and (9), 39(3), 41(d) and 86 of the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000[1], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement 1.
These Regulations may be cited as the Adults with Incapacity (Management of Residents' Finances) (Scotland) Revocation Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.
Revocation of Regulations 2.
The Adults with Incapacity (Management of Residents' Finances) (Scotland) Regulations 2003[2] are hereby revoked.

These Regulations revoke, prior to their coming into force, the Adults with Incapacity (Management of Residents' Finances) (Scotland) Regulations 2003.
