The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 88(4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[1], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order: 1. This Order may be cited as the A9 Trunk Road (Ballinluig) (Temporary 50mph Speed Limit) (Continuation) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 2nd September 2002. 2. The provisions of the A9 Trunk Road (Ballinluig) (Temporary 50mph Speed Limit) Order 2001[2] shall continue until midnight on 30th November 2002. That Order, which would otherwise cease to have effect at midnight on 1st September 2002, imposes a temporary 50mph speed limit on two lengths of the A9 Trunk Road at Ballinluig.
