The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(5), 85B, 105(7) and 108(1) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement 1.
These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Clinical Negligence and Other Risks Indemnity Scheme) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 14th June 2002.
Amendment of regulation 3 of the National Health Service (Clinical Negligence and Other Risks Indemnity Scheme) (Scotland) Regulations 2000 2.
- (1) Regulation 3 of the National Health Service (Clinical Negligence and Other Risks Indemnity Scheme) (Scotland) Regulations 2000[2] is amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.
(2) At the end of paragraph (c) "and" is omitted.
(3) At the end of paragraph (d) there is added-
"
and
(e) the Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland.".
