Whereas Clydeport Operations Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1985[1] with the number 134759 has applied in writing for a harbour revision order under section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964[2];
And whereas no objections to the application have been made pursuant to paragraph 10(2)(f) of Schedule 3 to the said Act[3];
Now, therefore, the Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 14 of the said Act[4] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf and being satisfied that the making of the order is desirable on the grounds that Yorkhill Basin is surplus to the requirements of the Company and would be capable of being put to other beneficial uses in connection with the development and regeneration of the area, hereby make the following Order:
