Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1) and (2) and 24(3) of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985[1], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
Citation and commencement 1.
This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No. 12) (Scotland) Partial Revocation Order 2002 and shall come into force at 1600 hours on 20th February 2002.
Interpretation 2.
In this Order "the principal Order" means the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No. 12) (Scotland) Order 2001[2].
Revocation 3.
The principal Order is hereby revoked in so far as it designates any part of the area described in the Schedule to this Order being an area within the area described in the Schedule to the principal Order.

The area of sea enclosed by a line starting from a point at 56°North latitude 7°West longitude; then north to 56°15'North latitude 7°West longitude; then east to 56°15'North latitude 6°30'West longitude; then south to 56°North latitude 6°30'West longitude; then west to the point of beginning.
