The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 134 and 163(1) of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991[1], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations: Citation, commencement and extent 1. - (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st March 2002. (2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only. Amendment of the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 1992 2. In regulation 3(1) of the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 1992[2] for "£14.50" there is substituted "£15.50". Revocation of the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1998 3. The Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1998[3] are revoked. The Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1998 (which provided for an earlier increase in the fee) are revoked. [1] 1991 c.22.
