The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the power conferred by section 3(2) of the Mortgage Rights (Scotland) Act 2001[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.
This Order may be cited as the Mortgage Rights (Scotland) Act 2001 (Prescribed Notice) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 3rd December 2001.
Prescribed notice
2.
The form of the notice contained in the Schedule to this Order, and the particulars contained in that notice, are hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 3(2) of the Mortgage Rights (Scotland) Act 2001.

This Order prescribes the notice that is to be sent to the Keeper of the Register of Inhibitions and Adjudications where an order is made by the court under section 2 of the Mortgage Rights (Scotland) Act 2001. The Schedule to this Order sets out the notice that is to be sent.
