Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) and (2) of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
Citation and commencement 1.
This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (Scotland) Partial Revocation Order 2001 and shall come into force at 1700 hours on 24th October 2001.
Revocation 2.
The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (Scotland) Order 2001[2] is hereby revoked in so far as it designates any part of the area set out in the Schedule to this Order.

The area of sea below mean high water springs enclosed by a line starting on the west coast of Kintyre at 55°45'North latitude 5°35'West longitude; then west to 55°45'North latitude 6°West longitude; then south to 55°30'North latitude 6°West longitude; then east to the coast of Kintyre at 55°30'North latitude 5°43'West longitude; then north along the shoreline to the point of beginning.
