The Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) and (2)(a) of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 1984[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations: Citation, commencement and extent 1. - (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Artificial Insemination of Cattle (Emergency Licences) (Scotland) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 17th May 2001.
