The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by article 30(1) of the Foot and Mouth Disease Order 1983[1], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order: Citation and commencement 1. - (1) This Order may be cited as the Foot-and-Mouth Disease Declaratory (Controlled Area) (Scotland) (No. 3) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2001. (2) For the purposes of article 2, this Order shall come into force at 7.00 pm on 12th April 2001 and for the purposes of article 3, this Order shall come into force on 16th April 2001. Amendment of the Foot-and-Mouth Disease Declaratory (Controlled Area) (Scotland) (No. 3) Order 2001 2. In Schedule 1 to the Foot-and-Mouth Disease Declaratory (Controlled Area) (Scotland) (No. 3) Order 2001[2]-
(b) in paragraph 2 of the "Conditions of Licence", for "5 days", substitute "7 days".

In article 4(9B) of the Foot-and-Mouth Disease Declaratory (Controlled Area) (Scotland) (No. 3) Order 2001[3], there is inserted at the end-
(s) the area of the City of Glasgow Council".
