The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 1(1) and (2) and section 24(3) of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985[1], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
Citation and commencement 1.
This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No. 2) (Scotland) Partial Revocation (No. 2) Order 2000 and shall come into force at 1200 hours on 29th September 2000.
Interpretation 2.
In this Order "the principal Order" means the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No. 2) (Scotland) Order 2000[2].
Partial Revocation of the principal Order 3.
The principal Order is revoked insofar as it designates any part of the area described in the Schedule to this Order being an area within Area 3 described in the Schedule to the principal Order.
The area of water below high water springs enclosed by a line starting from a point on the south coast of the Jura at 55°47.8'North latitude 6° West longitude; then south to 55°15'North latitude 6° West longitude; then east to 55°15'North latitude 5°30'West longitude; then north to 55°30'North latitude 5°30'West longitude; then west to a point on the east coast of the Mull of Kintyre at 55°30'North latitude 5°30.32'West longitude; then south, west and north along the mainland shore to 56° North latitude 5°40.5'West longitude; then west to a point on the east coast of Jura at 56° North latitude 5°48'West longitude; then south along the shoreline to the start point.
