The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 1(1) and (2) and section 24(3) of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985[1], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
Citation and commencement 1.
This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (Scotland) Partial Revocation (No. 7) Order 2000 and shall come into force at 10.00 hours on 28th April 2000.
Interpretation 2.
In this Order "the principal Order" means the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (Scotland) Order 1999[2].
Partial Revocation of the principal Order 3.
The principal Order is revoked insofar as it designates any part of the area described in the Schedule to this Order being an area within the area bearing the letter A described in paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the principal Order.

The area of sea enclosed by a line starting at a point at 56°45'N 7°00'W; then east to a point at 56°45'N 6°30'W; then north to a point at 57°00'N 6°30'W; then west to a point at 57°00'N 7°00'W; then south to the start point.
