This is one of two related petitions seeking recognition of a Moratorium in Singapore under
the Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006 (the "Regulations"). I shall refuse this
petition for the reasons set out in my opinion of today's date in Chang Chin Fen v Cosco
