Subject_Jury Trial—Process.—
Motion by defender to put off the day of trial, on account of his being so severely and dangerously indisposed as to be unable to assist in preparing for trial at the ensuing sittings, and its being necessary for his legal advisers to have his assistance, as the cause involved matters of difficult mechanical science:—Motion granted, being supported by the requisite medical certificate.
