Subject_Road. —
This was an application for suspension and interdict against the Turnpike Road Trustees of the county of Ayr, and the respondent, Murdoch, their clerk, to have them prohibited and interdicted from altering the line of road between the villages of Ochiltree and Cumnock, and so encroaching upon the grounds and premises belonging to the complainers.
The Lord Ordinary refused the bill, with expenses, and to his Lordship's interlocutor
The Court adhered.
