Subject_Road.—

Special case, involving, inter alia, the order in which Mr Ferrier, accountant, should be ranked, in competition with certain other road trustees of Peebles-shire, on the revenue of the tolls of a district of roads, in respect of disbursements by him.

The Lord Ordinary ranked him, secundo loco, but

The Court altered, and preferred him pari passu.
