Jean and Fergusia Kennedies, adjudged from Robert Kennedy of Pinmore, “all and hail a tack, dated of the lands of Daldowie
and others, granted by to the said Robert Kennedy, of which there are years still to run, from the term of next to come.” To this adjudication the common agent objected, That it did not specify the date of the tack, the granter of it, the term of endurance, nor the situation of the lands.
‘The Lords repelled the objection.’
