Coming into operation
at 4.00 a.m. on 23rd April 2021
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 and shall come into operation 4.00 a.m. on 23rd April 2021.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021( 3).
2. The principal Regulations are amended in accordance with regulation 3.
3. In Schedule 1 (Red list countries), at the appropriate place in alphabetical order, insert “India”.
4. The following Regulations are revoked—
(a) The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Amendment No. 11) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021( 4);
(b) The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel, Operator Liability and Public Health Advice) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021( 5).

These Regulations amend the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 (“the principal Regulations”).
India is included within the list of red list countries in Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations.
The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Amendment No. 11) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 and the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel, Operator Liability and Public Health Advice) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 are revoked.
No impact assessment has been prepared for these Regulations.
