Coming into operation in accordance with Regulation 1
1.-(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Amendment No. 20) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020.
(2) These Regulations shall come into operation at the time and on the date that the Regulations are made.
(3) In these Regulations, "the principal Regulations" means the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020(3).
2.-(1) The principal Regulations are amended in accordance with regulation 3.
(2) In relation to any person who arrived in Northern Ireland on or after 10th July 2020 and before the coming into operation of any amendment made by regulation 3 the principal Regulations apply as if that amendment had not been made.
3. In regulation 3 (requirement to provide information), after paragraph (9) insert-
"(10) Paragraph (9) does not apply in relation to a person who has arrived in Northern Ireland from Denmark or has, within the period beginning with the 14th day before the date of their arrival in Northern Ireland, departed from or transited through Denmark.".

These Regulations amend the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 ("the principal Regulations").
A person listed in regulation 3(9) of the principal Regulations is not exempt from the requirement to comply with regulation 3 of those regulations if that person has arrived in Northern Ireland from Denmark or has, within the period beginning with the 14th day before the date of their arrival in Northern Ireland, departed from or transited through Denmark.
No impact assessment has been prepared for these Regulations.
