The Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Public Authorities (Reform) Act (Northern Ireland) 2009(1), makes the following Order:
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Public Authorities (Reform) (2009 Act) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015.
(2) In this Order "the Act" means the Public Authorities (Reform) Act (Northern Ireland) 2009.
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of-
(a)section 2 (abolition of the Disability Living Allowance Advisory Board for Northern Ireland);
(b)Schedule 2 (amendments relating to the abolition of the Disability Living Allowance Advisory Board for Northern Ireland);
(c)section 4 (repeal of statutory provisions following the dissolution of Enterprise Ulster);
(d)section 6 and Schedule 3 (repeals) to the extent that they repeal entries relating to the Disability Living Allowance Advisory Board for Northern Ireland and Enterprise Ulster;
of the Act is 1st May 2015.

This Order provides for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Public Authorities (Reform) Act (Northern Ireland) 2009-
(a)section 2 and Schedule 2 relating to the abolition of the Disability Living Allowance Advisory Board for Northern Ireland;
(b)section 4 relating to the repeal of primary legislation in respect of Enterprise Ulster; and
(c)section 6 and Schedule 3 relating to repeals of primary legislation in respect of the Disability Living Allowance Advisory Board and Enterprise Ulster.
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
An earlier Commencement Order, S.R. 2009 No. 172 (C.11), provided for the coming into operation, on 1st June 2009, of the following provisions of the Public Authorities (Reform) Act (Northern Ireland) 2009-
(a)section 1 and parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 1 relating to the abolition of the Fisheries Conservancy Board for Northern Ireland and transfer of its functions to the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure; and
(b)sections 3, 5 and 6 and Schedule 3 relating to repeals of statutory provisions except to the extent that they relate to the Disability Living Allowance Advisory Board for Northern Ireland and Enterprise Ulster.
