1. These Regulations may be cited as the Prohibition of the Sale of Rod Caught Salmon Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013 and come into operation on 1st June 2013.
2.-(1) Subject to paragraph (2), a person shall neither sell nor offer nor expose for sale salmon caught by rod and line in any fishery to which section 25 of the Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1966 applies.
(2) Paragraph (1) shall not apply in relation to salmon so caught before the coming into operation of these Regulations.

These Regulations prohibit the sale or offer or exposure for sale of salmon caught by rod and line in certain inland fisheries.
This prohibition does not apply in relation to salmon so caught before the Regulations come into operation.
