1. These Regulations may be cited as the Marketing of Potatoes (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2011.
2. The Marketing of Potatoes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1989(4) shall be amended as follows-
(a)in paragraph (1) of regulation 7 (Fees for the inspection of ware potatoes sent out of Northern Ireland) for "£3.90" there shall be substituted "£4.30",
(b)in regulation 8 (Fees for the examination of ware potatoes for sale in Northern Ireland) for "£3.90", there shall be substituted "£4.30".
3. The Marketing of Potatoes (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(5) are hereby revoked.

These Regulations revoke and replace the Marketing of Potatoes (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005.
The Regulations increase the fee payable for the inspection or examination of ware potatoes from £3.90 per tonne or part of a tonne to £4.30 per tonne or part of a tonne.
