ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR
The Anti-social Behaviour (2004 Order) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Article 1(2) of the Anti-social Behaviour (Northern Ireland) Order 2004[
1], hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1.
This Order may be cited as the Anti-social Behaviour (2004 Order) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004.
Commencement
2.
Article 6 of the Anti-social Behaviour (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 shall come into operation on 15th December 2004.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order.)
