Ships and aircraft as premises for specified purposes
3. "Premises" shall include any ship or aircraft of a description specified in the Schedule for any purpose of the 1991 Order or Regulations or orders made under it as is specified in that Schedule in relation to that ship or aircraft.
4. The Food Safety (1991 Order) (Specified Ships and Aircraft) Order (Northern Ireland) 1991 is hereby revoked.

A senior officer of the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety
and references to "premises" in Articles 3, 4, 29 and 33 of the 1991 Order shall include any ship or aircraft of a description specified in this paragraph in relation to any purposes specified in this paragraph.
