The Department for Regional Development[
1], in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 3(7A)(
b) of the Road Races (Northern Ireland) Order 1986[
2] and now exercisable by it[
3], and of every other power enabling it in that behalf hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.
These regulations may be cited as the Dundrod Circuit (Admission Charges) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2002.
Charges
2.
The maximum charge for a spectator badge in respect of each person shall be £10·00.
Revocation
3.
The Dundrod Circuit (Admission Charges) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1979[
4] are hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Regulations.)
These Regulations revoke and replace the Dundrod Circuit (Admission Charges) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1979.
The Regulations increase the maximum admission charge for each person to the Dundrod Circuit on race days from £5·00 to £10·00 and remove the charge in respect of vehicles.
